Some US States may require by law that an annual evaluation for homeschool students is completed, and we’re here to make sure that the process is simple and encouraging. During your scheduled evaluation, a certified teacher will review your child’s portfolio, which should include:

• A log of educational activities

• Reading lists

• Samples of work from various subjects​

• Pictures of projects and field trips

After reviewing the materials, you’ll receive a written evaluation confirming that your child has made educational progress appropriate for their ability and age.

Our evaluations are informal, supportive, and focused on both meeting state requirements and celebrating your homeschool journey.

Please have your portfolio ready to share at the appointment, either in person or via screen share for virtual meetings.
